Job Description
The Early Engagement Specialist will play a crucial role in helping new customers successfully implement and use Housecall Pro's products. This role requires proactive outreach through calls, support, and coaching, focusing on customers who are new to the platform. You will assist customers with the onboarding process, help them set up their accounts, resolve issues, and ensure they understand how to use the product effectively. The objective is to provide an exceptional customer experience that leads to high customer retention.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Guide, support, and instill confidence in new customers during the onboarding process.
Make 65+ outbound dials per day, ensuring 5+ hours of talk time to drive engagement.
Prioritize and manage your workflow and call lists with accuracy and speed.
Listen to customer needs, handle objections, and creatively solve problems.
Coach customers through product basics and provide clear next steps.
Identify high-risk accounts and escalate as necessary to resolve issues.
Adapt to product and technology updates and effectively communicate these changes to customers.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth customer experience and retention.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
1+ years of experience in a client-facing onboarding or support role.
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
At least 6 months of outbound sales or prospecting experience is a plus.
Excellent English communication skills (reading, writing, and verbal).
Strong problem-solving, adaptability, and interpersonal skills.
Professional demeanor with a hard-working and reliable attitude.
Curiosity and eagerness to learn.
