Job Description
The Driver will transport staff and company products to assigned destinations and ensure the vehicles are kept in good condition at all times.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Key Result Areas:
Handle all driving assignments as approved by the supervisor;
Carry out daily pre and post vehicle maintenance checks;
Adhere to the highest driving standards by complying with the transport policy and the road safety act.
Ensure assigned vehicle has all the required documentation at all times.
Ensure daily cleanliness of assigned vehicle.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Qualification and Experience
A Uganda Certificate of Education (U.C.E)
A certificate in defencive Driving.
The applicant must posses a valid driving permit with at least 3 classes; B, C1, D1 & BE
At least 3 years driving experience in a commercial environment
Technical Competences
Basic Knowledge of vehicle mechanics.
Basic computer skills.
Good Knowledge of Uganda's road network.
Behavioral Competences.
Ability to write, read and speak English fluently.
Excellent communication (oral & written) and interpersonal skills.
Should have a high level of integrity and confidentiality
Ability to work a flexible schedule with odd hours and night shifts
