Job Description
The Driver will be responsible for transporting staff, partners, and goods to various destinations while maintaining the assigned vehicles in excellent condition. The role demands strict adherence to safety regulations and organizational policies. The Driver must ensure regular vehicle maintenance, keep travel logs, and report incidents promptly to the supervisor. This is a full-time position requiring good interpersonal skills, responsibility, and reliability.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Safely transport personnel and goods as required.
Maintain the cleanliness and proper functioning of vehicles.
Perform basic automotive maintenance, including oil changes and battery checks.
Report accidents, vehicle damage, or injuries immediately to the supervisor.
Keep detailed records of vehicle maintenance and fuel consumption.
Maintain a travel log with details of locations visited, time, and work hours.
Support other tasks as assigned related to logistics and transportation.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Completed at least secondary education.
Possess a valid driving license (Class B and C).
At least 3 years of driving experience with a reputable institution or organization.
Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance.
Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy.
