Job Description
Position: District Sales Manager
Reports To: Project Manager
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a sales team to achieve sales targets for solar home systems. Recruit and train sales agents
Recored sales and customers on the prospect platform
Develop and implement sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities. - Build and maintain relationships with UECCC, key clients and other stakeholders.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 3+ years of sales experience, with at least 1 year in a managerial role.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
