Develop and implement revenue management strategies to optimize room rates and occupancy.
Analyze competitor pricing, market demand, and booking trends to guide pricing decisions.
Manage pricing and inventory across all distribution channels.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to align revenue strategies.
Generate performance reports and forecasts for senior leadership.
Monitor booking pace and adjust strategies accordingly.
Identify new revenue opportunities and execute innovative ideas.
Maintain system accuracy and keep revenue data up-to-date.
Participate in budgeting and long-term planning processes.
Train and guide staff on revenue management practices.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Proven experience as a Director of Revenue or similar role in hospitality.
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
An MBA in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or Data Analytics is an advantage.
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
Proficiency in revenue management systems and Microsoft Office.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask under pressure.
Customer-focused with strong market knowledge and strategic mindset.
