Job Description
The Digital Marketing Talent Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for digital marketing roles. From crafting job descriptions and sourcing candidates to evaluating marketing skills and supporting onboarding, the recruiter will play a key role in aligning talent with client needs. The role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing channels and metrics, excellent communication skills, and expertise in using recruitment technologies.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Proactively source digital marketing professionals through various channels
Create and distribute compelling job descriptions on relevant platforms
Assess candidate knowledge in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, content marketing, analytics tools, and CRO
Manage and coordinate interviews, ensuring a smooth candidate experience
Partner with hiring managers to understand technical and strategic needs
Present data-driven insights and candidate evaluations to clients
Support onboarding and alignment of new hires with campaign objectives
Use ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and AI tools for efficient hiring processes
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through strategic networking

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Proven experience recruiting for digital marketing roles
Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and strategies
Degree in Business, HR, Marketing, or related field; MBA is an added advantage
Proficiency with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workable) and sourcing tools
Familiarity with Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and other marketing platforms
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
Tech-savvy, organized, and capable of managing multiple roles concurrently
Strong networking skills within the digital marketing space
