Job Description
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Digital Marketing Specialist will develop and execute comprehensive digital strategies to increase traffic, conversions, and revenue. The role involves managing campaigns across digital platforms, optimizing the user experience for the website and mobile app, and analyzing data to refine strategies. This position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to align messaging and ensure successful campaign execution.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and implement digital strategies to drive traffic and conversions across e-commerce platforms, including the website and XPRESS app.
Manage digital marketing campaigns, including media buying, analytics, spend optimization, and content development.
Analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize campaigns for scalability and effectiveness.
Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing strategies and messaging.
Execute targeted email, SMS, WhatsApp, and partner campaigns, including list management and A/B testing.
Plan and optimize media buying to ensure cost-effective advertising and maximize ROI.
Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences, applying insights to improve strategies.
Optimize e-commerce performance by enhancing user experience and conversion rates on the website and mobile app.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within an online business, with 2-3 years managing third-party service providers or business partners.
Experience in the gaming/betting industry is an added advantage.
Proficiency in Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, social media, and e-commerce strategies.
Expertise in brand positioning, UX principles, customer journey mapping, and compliance with gambling regulations.
Advanced Excel skills for data management and reporting.
Strong analytical skills and ICT abilities for data visualization and deadline management.
Exceptional problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills (verbal and written).
Proven experience in managing e-commerce platforms and driving sales growth through digital marketing.
