Job Description
The Digital Marketing Account/Project Manager will play a key role in enhancing clients' online reputations across various platforms, including Google, social media, and review sites. The role involves developing and executing digital marketing strategies, monitoring online content, and ensuring the successful delivery of reputation management solutions. The candidate will work closely with an international team to implement digital campaigns, manage content, communicate with clients, and contribute innovative ideas to improve services.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Online Reputation Management:
Manage and enhance clients’ online reputations across platforms like Google, social media, and review sites.
Monitor and respond to online reviews, remove negative/false content, and implement strategies to improve overall ratings.
Address and mitigate unwanted online content, including news articles, court records, and YouTube videos.
Stay updated on changes in review platforms and search engine algorithms to develop effective strategies.
Campaign Oversight:
Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies, including website building, content creation, and social media management.
Research and pitch content opportunities that align with clients’ brand and campaign goals.
Edit and proofread content for accuracy, brand alignment, and SEO optimization.
Oversee project workflows, manage content pipelines, and ensure campaigns stay within budget.
Client Communication:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates through emails or virtual meetings.
Deliver detailed monthly reports on campaign progress, performance metrics, and recommended strategies.
Collaboration & Innovation:
Work with an international team to address evolving client needs and improve standard operating procedures.
Contribute innovative ideas to enhance digital reputation management services.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Required Skills and Experience:

Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple client accounts and tight schedules.

Preferred Skills & Tools:
Familiarity with digital tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Monday.com, Upwork, Vendasta, Fiverr, Calendly, and Scribehow.
Experience with SEO tools, generative AI (e.g., ChatGPT), Google Search Console, Knowledge Panels, Autocomplete, and Google’s Results About You tool.
