Job Description
The Digital and PR Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies, managing social media and online content, and enhancing customer engagement. The role also includes supporting public relations activities, internal communications, and events. The ideal candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and effective content delivery, as well as evaluate marketing effectiveness and identify growth opportunities.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns including social media and content marketing.
Manage reactive and proactive content plans across digital platforms.
Collaborate with internal teams to create and deploy engaging content.
Create digital engagement programs for lead generation and customer retention.
Monitor brand reputation through social listening and analytics.
Analyze market trends, audience insights, and competitor activities.
Develop feature-length content for press releases and internal communications.
Support internal communication efforts such as newsletters and staff engagement.
Innovate media targeting strategies to enhance the bank’s competitive edge.
Assist in planning and organizing corporate events.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Media, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management (in-house or agency).
Proficient in copywriting, website management, content creation, and social media tools.
Strong creative skills with a business mindset.
Excellent attention to detail and proofreading abilities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Willingness to learn and grow professionally.
Good presentation skills and understanding of marketing disciplines.
