Accurately process customer invoices according to personal product and numeric specifications provided.

Accurately prepare customer quotations and tailor’s paper to suite customer order needs for processing

Respond to customer queries or refer them to the necessary responsible channels for assistance where necessary

Provide customers with excellent service while processing their orders.

Achieve personal referral goals and actively participate in sales promotion activities and take part in weekly sales meetings.

Provide a positive customer experience with fair friendly and courteous service.

Work accurately while minimizing on customer, process and system related errors.

Resolve customer issues and respond to customer queries or refer them to the appropriate service channels where necessary.

In charge of daily reconciliation and verification of payment method indicated on the customer receipts.

Verifies credit acceptance by reviewing authorization parties.

Balances cash drawer by counting cash at beginning and end of work shift

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
