Job Description
As a Customer Support Representative at LawnStarter, you will handle over 300 contacts per week, addressing issues related to customer service and provider support. Your responsibilities include rotating between inbound and callback queue calls, chats, and email support, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. You will assist with app navigation, explain services and policies, and ensure a seamless service experience. The ability to problem-solve, offer empathy, and connect with Western customers is key to this role. You will be expected to adhere to a schedule and contribute to team success.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Rotate between inbound and callback queue calls, chat, and email support.
Handle approximately 300 customer contacts per week.
Provide customer support for app navigation, payment details, scheduling, and issue resolution.
Establish rapport with customers, using soft skills to defuse difficult situations.
Use available tools and resources to creatively solve problems.
Maintain call control and provide effective service.
Ensure high productivity and adhere to defined proficiency levels.
Actively listen, interpret problems, and propose appropriate solutions.
Work with integrity and collaborate with team members.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Must be able to work weekends as needed.
High school diploma required; some college preferred.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, conversational fluency.
At least 1 year of experience in a customer contact center environment, supporting US customers.
Knowledge of ZenDesk is a plus.
Prior experience with CRM, VoIP software, and Google Suite is preferred.
Must have a computer, laptop, or desktop with a camera (8GB RAM, Corei5 Processor) and a noise-canceling headset.
Two monitors required for the role.
Reliable internet connection (25 Mbps, with a backup of 10 Mbps) and a consistent power source.
Ability to work in a quiet, distraction-free space.
Willingness to work US hours and weekends, with flexibility for rotating shifts.
