Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative I, you will handle incoming calls and provide assistance regarding plan benefits, member eligibility, payment plans, claim resolution, and scheduling needs. You will play a vital role in delivering high-quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication, problem-solving, and education.
This position requires a high level of accuracy in data entry and the ability to resolve member and patient issues professionally. It also involves collaboration across teams to ensure comprehensive support for all member needs.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer calls related to eligibility, billing, claims, and scheduling
Provide accurate information and resolve issues in a timely manner
Update member or patient records and billing details
Set up payment plans and address payment-related inquiries
Support prescription benefit-related questions and plan details
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and service
Work Monday to Friday, 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM, with availability for Saturday shifts on a rotating basis

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience: Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Accurate and efficient data entry skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Problem-solving and customer-centric approach
