Job Description

The Customer Service Coordinator plays a vital role in end-to-end planning and deployment of field service resources in a dynamic environment. The role requires strong critical thinking and communication skills to manage service priorities and customer interactions. The successful candidate will collaborate with field teams and management to optimize service delivery and uphold high standards of customer satisfaction.

Duties, Roles and Responsibilities

  • Own and manage end-to-end planning for allocation and deployment of field resources.

  • Ensure timely delivery of customer service commitments.

  • Manage customer communications throughout service events.

  • Apply service prioritization logic aligned with customer agreements.

  • Coordinate with field management to deploy resources effectively.

  • Utilize influencing and collaborative skills to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Knowledge of SAP is preferred but not mandatory.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to manage complex projects and determine critical paths.

  • Customer service orientation and team collaboration skills.

  • Experience in medical device or healthcare industry preferred.

  • Flexibility to work non-standard hours including weekends.
