Job Description

Customer Relationship Officers Reports to: Satellite Manager

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maximize cross-selling opportunities for the benefit of the satellite and the bank in an in an effective. and efficient manner.

  • Monitor and review individual loan portfolio on a daily basis to evaluate the quality and performance.

  • Ensuring growth of the loan book and portfolio. quality within the service territory.

  • Drive customer recruitment, timely loan processing, accurate underwriting, timely reporting and loan recovery to ensure the overall quality growth of BUBL's portfolio.

  • Spearhead the BUBL's expansion at service territory level resulting into quantifiable business growth in line with the BUBL objectives.

  • Drive deposit mobilization strategy and plans to impact; the deposit base, Grow customer numbers, Relationship management, Customer Experience, delivery channels
