Job Description
The Customer Receptionists will be the first point of contact for all walk-in visitors and clients. They will be responsible for warmly welcoming guests, managing front desk tasks, serving refreshments, and providing basic information about the company’s products. Candidates must be personable, organized, and capable of offering high-quality customer service while maintaining the brand’s professional image.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Greet and receive all clients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
Observe and practice proper guest etiquette at all times
Prepare and serve coffee, tea, or refreshments to guests as needed
Maintain a neat and welcoming reception area
Learn and retain basic knowledge about the company’s products to assist in client inquiries
Provide customers with relevant product information and company introductions
Handle phone calls, direct inquiries, and manage appointments when necessary
Maintain a service-oriented approach with keen attention to detail

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
leasant personal appearance and good temperament
Energetic, smart, cheerful, and eager to learn
Experience working in hospitality environments such as hotels is an added advantage
Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
Ability to manage tasks, solve problems, and maintain a positive attitude
Proficiency in standard office applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel

No formal education requirements
No prior experience required, but experience is an advantage
