The Customer Experience Officer at Jude Color Solutions is responsible for ensuring that the clients receive the best possible service and support throughout their journey with the company. The main duties of this role include:
Communicating with the clients via phone, email, or chat to understand their needs and expectations
Providing information and guidance on the company's products and services, such as color consultation, color matching, color correction, and color printing
Handling inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner
Collaborating with the sales, design, and production teams to coordinate and deliver the client's orders
Monitoring and measuring the client's satisfaction and loyalty using various tools and metrics
Identifying and implementing opportunities for improvement and innovation in the customer experience process

Qualifications & Skills
A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Humanities, Business Administration, Psychology or any related field.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a customer experience role(s) in a fast-paced or similar organization.
Possession of a valid driver's license is a critical advantage.
Must possess adequate verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated ability to apply structured thinking & analysis techniques to complex and ambiguous problems.
Excellent customer service skills.
