Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional operational performance in branches with up to 25 staff or single customer segments. They will drive service excellence by supporting business management, leading team development, and ensuring that customer complaints are resolved efficiently. The role also includes performing control activities to maintain robust operational standards within the branch.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Drive and support operational performance in the branch.
Deliver exceptional customer service and manage client relationships.
Resolve customer complaints effectively and in a timely manner.
Provide leadership and development to branch team members.
Perform control activities to ensure compliance and operational rigour.
Ensure all processes align with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
Support business growth and customer retention initiatives.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Higher Certificate or Advanced National (Vocational) Certificate in Business, Commerce, or Management Studies (Required).
Professional Certificate in a relevant field is advantageous.
No prior work experience is required, making this a great opportunity for entry-level candidates.
