Job Description
The Customer Care Agent will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing solutions to customer issues, and ensuring excellent service delivery. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to handle various customer-related tasks in a fast-paced environment. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with customers and contribute to the overall customer experience, while developing skills in customer relations and service management.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries and provide timely, accurate solutions
Offer support to customers via phone, email, or in-person
Address and resolve customer complaints and issues
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service
Manage customer feedback and communicate it effectively to the team
Ensure customer satisfaction by following up on queries and ensuring issues are resolved
Assist in administrative tasks as required
Contribute to improving customer service procedures and processes

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service or a related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
Energetic, proactive, and detail-oriented
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
