Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients before submitting their applications to the Loans Committee.

• Promote the organization’s loan products and raise awareness within the target market.

• Ensure compliance with loan requirements in collaboration with the Loans Committee and oversee the accurate uploading of all loan documents into the system prior to disbursement.

• Monitor clients to ensure timely repayments and keep the Portfolio at Risk (PAR) within acceptable standards.

• Meet monthly loan disbursement and collection targets as set by the organization.

• Perform any other tasks as assigned to support the effective delivery of credit services.
