Job Description
Job Title: Creative Marketing Specialist
Organisation: Fido Uganda
Duty Station: Kampala, Uganda
The Creative Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing visually compelling and on-brand creative content to support Fido’s marketing campaigns in Uganda. This role will ensure the brand’s identity and messaging are consistently reflected across all channels.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Design and produce high-quality creative assets, including graphics, videos, banners, and presentations, for digital and offline campaigns.
Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to conceptualize and execute campaign ideas.
Ensure all creative materials align with Fido’s brand guidelines and resonate with the target audience.
Develop short-form and long-form video content for platforms like TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram.
Stay updated on design and creative trends to keep Fido’s campaigns fresh and innovative.
Work with external vendors or freelancers when necessary to enhance creative output.
Support events and activations by designing promotional materials and creating visually engaging presentations.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, marketing, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in creative marketing or graphic design.
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).
Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design and video production skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
