Job Description
As a Creative (Motion Design) at Superside, you will work on a variety of cutting-edge motion design projects for leading global brands. You will create motion graphics, animated ads, and Lottie animations while collaborating with account teams in different time zones. Your responsibilities include designing and executing high-impact visuals, supporting creative leads, and exploring new animation technologies like Rive and Lottie. You will also work with AI-powered tools for video, image generation, and enhance interactive storytelling. This is an opportunity to shape Superside's creative motion capabilities and deliver pixel-perfect designs on time and within budget.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Design and deliver engaging motion graphics across various formats for global brands.
Collaborate with distributed account teams across different time zones.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring high-quality, on-time, and on-budget execution.
Support creative leads to help clients achieve business goals through design.
Innovate with new animation technologies, including Rive and Lottie animations.
Integrate AI-powered tools for video, image generation, and animation enhancement.
Work on interactive motion projects that push creative storytelling and engagement boundaries.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Required:
BA or higher in Design, Creative, Communications, or a related field.
Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in motion design, animation, and video.
Mastery of After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop (3D and video editing a plus).
Experience with Rive and Lottie animations.
Deep understanding of animation principles and visual storytelling.
Ability to deliver pixel-perfect designs within deadlines and budget.
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
Familiarity with AI-enhanced motion tools and emerging creative technologies.
Knowledge of working with UI design systems.
Some understanding of HTML5 (preferable).
