We are seeking a dynamic, self-motivated leader to helm FairMoney's expansion in Uganda. This role is not just about managing; it's about innovating, pioneering, and setting the strategic direction for our operations. Leadership and Visionary Representation: Represent FairMoney Uganda as a charismatic leader. Set a standard for passionate, energetic leadership both within the organization and in public. Engage in thought leadership, shaping the industry narrative and representing our brand with pride and integrity.
Proactive Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships with all tiers of stakeholders, from government officials and regulatory bodies to business partners and customers. Be the diplomatic yet assertive face of FairMoney, skillfully navigating the business landscape.
Regulatory Mastery and Advisory: Ensure seamless compliance with local laws and tax systems. Act not just as a follower of regulations but as an anticipatory strategist, keeping the company ahead of legal and fiscal changes.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field, with additional qualifications as a plus.
Fluency in English and proficiency in local languages.
