Job Title: Cost Controller

Are you a detail-oriented professional with a talent for numbers and a passion for the hospitality industry? Join our team as a Cost Controller and play a vital role in optimizing our hotel’s food and beverage operations.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Calculate and monitor costs for all food and beverage (service & production) items.
Develop and implement effective cost-control strategies.
Collaborate closely with the Food & Beverage Department (service & production) to address operational and financial challenges.
Maintain accurate inventory records and generate periodic control reports.
Analyze menu item costs and recommend price adjustments.
Contribute to menu engineering to maximize profitability while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in inventory management and costing software is a MUST
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in cost control or a related position, preferably within a 4 start hotel
