Preparing and reviewing monthly management accounts, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis
Providing timely and accurate financial information and reports to senior management and stakeholders
Developing and maintaining cost accounting systems and procedures
Analyzing product costs, margins, profitability, and inventory valuation
Identifying and implementing cost reduction initiatives and process improvements
Ensuring compliance with accounting standards, policies, and regulations

The qualifications required for this job are:
A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
A professional qualification such as CMA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent
At least 3 years of relevant experience in cost and management accounting
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Proficient in MS Excel and ERP systems
Knowledge of the steel industry and manufacturing processes is an advantage
