Job Description
As a Content Writer at Brafton, you will create well-researched and original content formats including long-form articles, white papers, case studies, landing pages, infographics, and video scripts. You will also communicate directly with clients to align your output with their goals and expectations. A deep understanding of SEO, marketing principles, and content strategy is essential. Candidates must be capable of working independently, managing tight deadlines, and delivering consistent quality in a fast-paced remote environment.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Research and write compelling, client-aligned content on various B2B topics.
Edit peer content using Brafton’s style guidelines and quality standards.
Communicate directly with clients to ensure alignment with content goals.
Attend virtual team, client, and project meetings.
Manage and track personal production using the internal project management system.
Develop monthly topic ideas based on client briefs and industry insights.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as sales, design, social media, and account management.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
1–3 years of professional writing experience, preferably in a content marketing environment.
Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
Strong understanding of SEO best practices and branded content.
Familiarity with AP style and digital content trends.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent time management, organizational ability, and attention to detail.
Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced remote work setup.
Must have personal industry-standard hardware and reliable internet for remote work.
