Standard Bank
The consultant is tasked with building, implementing, and providing support for Corporate Investment Banking Customer facing applications. The required person will work with other Developers and product managers while carrying out his duties.
He or she will be responsible for ensuring that all existing and any new channels are working properly as per specification
Provides prompt and professional developer support for the channels, services and processes they support
End to End development of required in-house applications that can enhance channel productivity, stability and improve processes
Producing clean, efficient code based on specifications, Testing and deploying programs and systems, and Fixing and improving existing channels software.
Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct comprehensive market research to identify new business opportunities and trends in the online space.
Analyze competitor strategies, market conditions, and customer behavior to inform business decisions.
Prepare detailed reports and present findings to stakeholders.
Strategic Planning:
Develop and implement strategies to increase online sales and market share.
Create business plans and models for online products or services.
Set objectives and key results (OKRs) for new business initiatives.
Digital Marketing and Sales:
Design and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, SEO, and PPC.
Optimize online sales funnels and conversion rates.
Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing efforts and adjust strategies as needed.
Business Development:
Identify and engage potential clients and partners to expand the business network.
Develop proposals, pitch decks, and presentations for new business opportunities.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Field of Study: Technology: BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Experience Required
3-4 years working experience in the field of Information technology specifically in end-to-end channels support. Hands on experience in the applications that aid customer self-service is desirable.
Development knowledge is an added advantage.
The person must have good leadership and communication skills.
