Job Description
As a Compensation & Benefits Specialist at SDG, you will take ownership of managing compensation and benefits programs across various regions, ensuring alignment with company policies and market standards. You will be responsible for salary reviews, managing incentive programs, and coordinating benefits administration, including vendor management and employee queries. Additionally, you will lead projects aimed at automating HR processes to improve operational efficiency. Your role will also involve handling employee onboarding, HR movements, and ensuring timely renewals of contracts and service agreements.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Lead and manage C&B programs, including salary reviews, bonuses, and incentive programs, ensuring compliance with market standards.
Coordinate benefits administration, manage employee queries, and update HR systems promptly.
Lead automation projects to optimize HR records and C&B processes.
Manage employee onboarding, ensuring proper documentation and timely processing in ERP systems.
Handle HR movements, including documentation and vendor oversight.
Ensure the timely renewal of contracts and service agreements.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Required:
Expertise in Compensation & Benefits (C&B), with experience in designing and managing remuneration packages across international regions (Europe, CIS, USA preferred).
Advanced proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and macros.
Proven experience in managing international HR records across various regions.
Fluent in English (B2+), with strong business correspondence skills; native proficiency in Russian.
Preferred:
Familiarity with 1C software.
