Job Description
Ensuring that project participants, self-help groups youth groups and agri-hubs have the knowledge and skills to develop and run successful agri-business and non-agribusiness enterprises.
Duties and Responsibilities
The Stimulating Agribusiness for Youth Employment Project-BAYE Cluster Coordinator will coordinate all components of the project at cluster level Including MBMES engagement and agri-hub development processes They will be responsible for the overall management of the cluster including efficient management of financial resources.
Serve as a point of contact within the cluster and strengthen syneigles among all partners and government Institutions.
She will be responsible for ensuring that project participants, self-help groups youth groups and agri-hubs have the knowledge and skills to develop and run successful agri-business and non-agribusiness enterprises.
Reporting to the Partnership & Technical Lead while working in close collaboration with the Business Development Specialist and Value Chain Specialist, the Cluster Coordinator will ensure successful, Innovative, efficient, and effective functioning of all spri-hubs, youth, and women groups.
He she will also work with cooperatives hubs and or producer organisations in the BAYE Project to generate Information for decision making, coordination and supervision of field technical staff in his her cluster.

Qualifications and Competencies
Leadership:
Cluster coordinators should be able to provide strategic guidance, mobilize resources, foster partnerships and resolve conflicts among cluster members.
Communication:
Cluster coordinators should be able to communicate clearly and persuasively, both verbally and in writing, with a variety of stakeholders, including cluster members, donors, government authorities and affected communities.
Technical expertise:
Cluster coordinators should have a solid understanding of the sectoral issues, standards and best practices, as well as the humanitarian principles and frameworks that guide the response.
Coordination skills:
Cluster coordinators should be able to organize and facilitate meetings, consultations and joint assessments, as well as monitor and report on the cluster's activities and achievements.
Adaptability:
Cluster coordinators should be able to cope with changing contexts, priorities and challenges, and adjust their plans and strategies accordingly.
