Job Description
As the Imaging Operations Manager, you will be embedded in a dynamic and expanding global program. Your role will be pivotal in supporting the imaging strategy for assigned clinical studies and collaborating closely with clinical trial teams. You will review protocol sections related to imaging vendors, participate in study specification development, and lead vendor coordination throughout the study lifecycle. You will also be responsible for managing risk, maintaining quality standards, and supporting timely study start-ups.

Review vendor-related sections of clinical protocols
Contribute to development of Study Specification Worksheets (SSW)
Review proposals and budgets with vendors and procurement teams
Lead vendor kick-off and coordination meetings
Collect Health Authority (HA) submission documents from vendors
Manage vendor communications to ensure protocol changes are implemented
Optimize timely study start-ups and database go-live
Monitor vendor performance and address any service delivery issues
Develop and document vendor-related risk maps and contingency plans
Record oversight issues in the FIRST tool and implement corrective actions
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Advanced degree in science or business, or equivalent experience
Fluent in English (oral and written)
3+ years of experience in clinical operations and vendor management
Strong knowledge of GxP and ICH guidelines
Expertise in clinical trial design and mapping to supplier requirements
Demonstrated leadership in supplier relationship management
Excellent problem-solving and root cause analysis skills
Experience in outsourcing, contracting, and clinical service sourcing
Specific expertise in Imaging required
