Job Description
As a Client Success Representative at Greenacy, you will work closely with schools, workplaces, and community partners to deliver meaningful climate education programs. You will assist clients in embedding sustainability into their daily routines, provide resources and guidance, and ensure smooth program adoption. Additionally, you will play a role in expanding the program's reach, supporting outreach initiatives, and maintaining accurate records of client and community interactions. Your contributions will directly impact the development of new strategies to enhance client success and drive environmental change.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, workplaces, and community partners.
Help clients integrate sustainability practices into their daily routines.
Support the onboarding and rollout of climate education programs in various environments.
Contribute to the development of strategies that improve client success and program impact.
Deliver resources and guidance to ensure smooth program adoption.
Assist in expanding the program’s reach by supporting outreach and engagement efforts.
Maintain accurate records of client and community activities, feedback, and milestones.
Support the development and dissemination of climate awareness content for online communities.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Post-secondary diploma, certificate, or degree required.
Ability to explain complex information to diverse audiences.
Effective communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
