Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Client Relations Manager to build and nurture long-term relationships with our clients. The successful candidate will serve as a primary point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction, addressing concerns, and identifying opportunities to offer solutions that align with the client’s needs. The Client Relations Manager will be instrumental in maintaining high levels of client engagement and driving business growth through relationship management.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their business goals and challenges.
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely manner.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing, product development) to ensure client needs are met and solutions are delivered effectively.
Monitor and evaluate client satisfaction levels, resolving issues and providing recommendations for improvements when needed.
Identify and pursue opportunities for account growth, upselling, and cross-selling services and products.
Prepare and deliver regular reports to clients, including performance updates, product improvements, and strategic recommendations.
Work closely with the sales team to onboard new clients and ensure a smooth handover.
Organize regular check-ins, business reviews, and meetings to strengthen client relationships and keep them informed of new developments.
Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to offer proactive insights and suggestions to clients.
Ensure all client data and interactions are accurately recorded in CRM systems.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience in sales or customer service roles.
Knowledge of the industry the company operates in (e.g., technology, finance, or manufacturing).
Understanding of market dynamics and trends affecting clients.
Proven work experience as a Client Relations Manager, Account Manager, or similar role.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
Ability to build trust and foster long-term relationships with clients.
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
A client-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
Ability to analyze client feedback, data, and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
