Job Description
As a Client Growth Executive, you will manage and grow relationships with existing Cox Business clients. You’ll be responsible for understanding their current and future business needs and offering relevant telecommunications solutions from Cox’s extensive portfolio, including cloud services, data connectivity, internet, and more. You’ll use consultative and value-based selling techniques to influence purchasing decisions and support contract renewals. You’ll also engage in prospecting and new business generation activities, providing an essential link between clients and the technical solutions that can drive their success.
This role operates in a hybrid work model, requiring some in-office presence as well as remote work. Occasional travel (up to 5%) may be required.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Proactively contact and meet with existing and potential clients to assess their business needs.
Develop and maintain deep knowledge of client business operations and industry landscape.
Recommend and upsell Cox Business solutions such as cloud, managed services, complex voice, and internet solutions.
Use consultative selling to educate and influence purchasing decisions.
Manage sales pipeline, track win/loss data, and provide regular forecasts to leadership.
Engage in lead generation, client renewal discussions, and contract negotiations.
Ensure client satisfaction and retention by addressing needs in a timely manner.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service delivery and post-sales support.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Minimum Requirements:
8 years of experience in a related field, OR
BS/BA degree with 4 years of experience, OR
MS/MA degree with 2 years of experience.
Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and reliable transportation.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
