Job Description
The Client Engagement Specialist will play a critical role in the initial client intake process by handling inquiries from various sources and determining the best match between clients and therapists. This position involves scheduling appointments, managing lead nurturing processes to convert inquiries into active clients, and maintaining high levels of service throughout the intake process. The specialist will collaborate with therapists and support staff to ensure smooth transitions for clients as they begin their therapeutic journey. Additionally, the role includes maintaining accurate records in the CRM system and staying informed about mental health developments to enhance client interactions.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Respond to inquiries from potential clients via phone, email, and online forms.
Match clients with therapists based on their psychological needs and logistical preferences.
Schedule appointments based on provider availability and abilities.
Nurture leads and convert inquiries into active clients.
Maintain high client satisfaction levels and ensure excellence throughout the intake process.
Collaborate with therapists and support staff to facilitate smooth client transitions.
Accurately record client interactions and statuses in the CRM system.
Provide a warm, welcoming environment for clients during initial contact.
Keep up-to-date with the latest mental health trends to enhance client interactions.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
At least 2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or client-facing roles, preferably in healthcare or mental health fields.
Proficient in CRM software and MS Office; tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new tools.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong computer and organizational skills.
Empathetic understanding of mental health challenges.
Excellent multitasking and organizational skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field preferred.
