Civil Engineer job at Mota-Engil Group

Ensure the work management, planning, coordinating, optimizing and controlling the human and material resources assigned to it, according with Safety, Environment and Quality requirements and legal regulations in order to guarantee its execution within the period stipulated and compliance and maximization of established economic goals supporting the Project Manager.
Interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project plans to understand the scope of work.
Collaborate with the project team to develop construction schedules, work sequences, and resource allocation.
Assist in developing construction schedules, work plans, and budgets in coordination with the project manager.
Monitor and report on the progress, quality, and costs of the construction activities.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations, and contractual obligations.
Supervise and coordinate the work of subcontractors, technicians, and laborers.
Solve technical problems and provide technical support to the project team.
Conduct site inspections and quality tests.

Higher Education in Civil Engineering;
Work experience 3 years in civil construction works, namely hospitals, industrial civil construction infrastructures;
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office;
Knowledge of SAP, AutoCAD and MS Project;Fluency in English (mandatory)
Analysis and problem solving;
Planning and results orientation;
Leadership and communication;
Availability for Mobility.
