Job Description
The Embassy of the United States of America in Kigali is recruiting for Civil Engineer (OBO). The position is open to All Interested Candidates/All Sources and available to start immediately.
Duties and Responsibilities
Working under the Construction Manager/Project Director of the Overseas Buildings Operations (OBO) team, the Civil Engineer is responsible for overseeing and inspecting all work elements of the construction site, reviewing shop drawings and other construction plans, developing change orders and cost estimates for the Kigali Energy Conservation Project. Incumbent must be capable of working independently.
