Job Title: Child and Youth Development Officer (No Experience Jobs)

Diocese of Kinkiizi invites applications from suitably qualified persons to take up positions of Child and Youth Development Officers in the Diocese of Kinkiizi Church of Uganda.
The Child and Youth Development Officer is responsible for supporting and enhancing the development of children and young people, particularly in community, educational, and recreational settings. This role involves implementing programs and activities that promote the physical, emotional, social, and intellectual growth of children and youth. The officer works closely with families, schools, community organizations, and other service providers to ensure the needs of children and youth are met in a supportive, safe, and engaging environment.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
The applicant must be a born again Christian who is a model in word, deed and lifestyle, maintains a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and with evidence of serving in the local church.
A recommendation from your local church Pastor must be attached to the application.
Must have good interpersonal skills, a good team builder and willing to take initiative.
Must have experience in Child and Youth programming and other related fields.
Must hold a degree in social work and social sciences and any related disciplines. Additional qualifications are added advantage.
Skills in project planning and management will be an added advantage.
Must have proficient skills in computer (Microsoft office package)
Must be an advocate for Children and Youth
