Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Menu Planning: Design and develop profitable, appealing dishes across all meal categories.
Food Preparation: Measure, mix, and cook ingredients per recipes; use various kitchen equipment.
Kitchen Oversight: Direct kitchen staff, delegate tasks, and ensure efficient meal preparation.
Team Communication: Ensure staff adheres to procedures; address customer questions regarding the menu.
Food Safety Compliance: Enforce sanitation standards and verify food freshness.
