Job Description
As a Casual Sales Consultant at iStore Stellenbosch, you will be part of a dynamic retail environment where customer experience is at the heart of everything. Your responsibilities will include engaging with customers to understand their needs, demonstrating Apple products, and offering complete solutions that deliver value and create lasting impressions. You will receive full training on iStore’s product range to ensure your success. The position is part-time, requiring 108 hours of work per month, making it ideal for individuals seeking flexibility.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Maximize sales opportunities by engaging customers and understanding their needs
Provide hands-on demonstrations of Apple products and services
Deliver exceptional customer service and build positive customer relationships
Maintain knowledge of the latest Apple products, services, and in-store offerings
Meet individual and store sales targets
Ensure the store environment is clean, welcoming, and well-maintained
Participate in ongoing product and customer service training.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Minimum Requirements:
Matric certificate
Preferred Experience:
Previous sales experience, preferably in a retail environment
Product knowledge of Apple devices is a plus
Competencies:
Passion for technology and Apple products
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Customer service-oriented
Ability to work in a team and flexible retail hours
Enthusiastic and willing to learn
