Job Description
As a Casual Sales Consultant at iStore Cresta, you will be responsible for maximizing sales opportunities by providing expert product demonstrations and personalized customer service. You will engage with customers to understand their tech needs and recommend appropriate Apple solutions, ensuring a seamless and memorable shopping experience. This role offers a high level of flexibility, with work scheduled on an as-needed basis, making it ideal for students, freelancers, or those seeking supplementary income. Full product and sales training will be provided to set you up for success.

Welcome and assist customers in a professional and enthusiastic manner

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Minimum of a Matric Certificate (Senior Certificate)
Previous sales experience preferred, particularly in retail
Familiarity with or passion for Apple products is advantageous
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
A tech-savvy mindset with enthusiasm for customer service
Availability to work flexibly on a casual basis, including weekends and peak periods
