Role Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated Cashier to join our dynamic team in Nansana, Wakiso. The ideal candidate will play a key role in handling customer interactions and financial transactions. You will be working in a fast-paced, flexible environment, and should possess strong customer service and communication skills.
Position Details:
Employment Type: Full-Time
Location: Nansana, Wakiso
Reporting To: Company Manager
Start Date: Immediate
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls and greet callers, providing detailed information about our services.
Welcome visitors and direct them to the appropriate staff.
Communicate with security staff when needed, using radio-telephones.
Record messages and suggest adjustments for clarity or conciseness.
Handle various cash-related tasks, including processing payments.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Required Qualifications:
Education: Post-secondary diploma in a related field.
Experience: 1-2 years in a similar position.
Skills: Active listening, speaking, social perceptiveness, service orientation, and coordination.
Knowledge Areas: Customer service, administrative tasks, telecommunications, and electronics.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in customer service and administrative roles is advantageous but not required.
Desired additional skills include service orientation, reading comprehension, and coordination.
