Manage all camp installations, upgrades including Sewage treatment plant, water treatment plant, electrical and plumbing maintenance and ensure camp maintenance are in accordance with the contractual agreement
At all times the position holder will:
Manage field remote Camps (total bed capacity >600 Personnel on Board)
Manage all camp installations, upgrades including Sewage treatment plant, water treatment plant, electrical and plumbing maintenance and ensure camp maintenance are in accordance with the contractual agreement
Ensure the overall organization, safe and efficient operation of remote and turnkey camp operations.
Follow up on all related documents with camp management, invoices approval, scheduling, planning.
Ensure strict Compliance to the Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP), Camp and catering staff hygiene during food preparation, serving and food storage areas
Accommodation booking, Catering, Refrigerated and non-refrigerated storage, Camp upgrades,
Cleaning and fumigation, housekeeping, audits, compliance, COVID-19 Sop’s compliance and management in the camps.
Ensure that all camp staff (catering,) have been trained and possess the requisite minimum certifications.
Manage the Camp POB and ensure that periodic drills are done to ensure that all the camp occupants are made aware of the actions to be taken in case of emergency.
Full utilization of PTS/ TRAM for; (room allocation, daily POB, POB projection, certification management)
Gather ‘lessons learnt’ and provide feedback to different entities for continuous improvement of procedures, contractors and consolidation of KPIs/CPIs.
HSE:
Ensure and promote Safety and compliance with standards and procedures and implement on site periodic Safety campaigns, promotion of the 12 Golden Rules
Continuously analyze risks, ensure the logistics means for project & affiliate emergency plans are operational
Cost Control and Budget:
Identify and anticipate any deviation on contracts & services with impact on budget.

Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Catering and Hotel management or equivalent
Experience:
More than 6 years’ experience in large camp accommodation and catering Services
Training and certification in Camp Management Operations
Extensive knowledge and experience in camp accommodation and catering environment with advanced Food Safety and catering training, Workplace Hazard Material Information Systems (WHMIS), Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HCCAP).
Good command of English knowledge and experience in ERP systems including SAP and database management including MS access, word, project, excel.
Leadership, proactive, adheres to the Company values, analytical and anticipation skilled with organizational rigor.
Self-motivated, and proactive in carrying out the activities of the job.
Adheres to the values and principles of the Company at all times.
Ability to work under pressure and stressing conditions, ability to adapt, analyze problems and communicate with all entities, flexible and able to write Standing Instructions and Procedures
Active team player with ability to manage and integrate with others in different functions and environment.
