However, it's possible you might be referring to the position of a Chief Executive Officer (CEO), which is the highest-ranking executive in a company responsible for making major corporate decisions, managing the overall operations and resources of a company, and acting as the main point of communication between the board of directors and corporate operations.
Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance the growth of the business
Identify and analyze market trends to capitalize on new business opportunities.
Identify potential customers and establish strong relationships.
Take a leadership role in managing and coordinating the business development team.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless business operations.
Strategic Planning: Developing and implementing the company's strategic plan to advance its mission and objectives and to promote revenue, profitability, and growth.
Leadership: Providing leadership to the executive management team and ensuring the implementation of operational best practices.
Financial Management: Overseeing the financial performance of the company, analyzing financial statements, and working with the CFO to make financial decisions.
Board Relations: Serving as the primary liaison between the board of directors and the management team, providing regular updates on company performance, and seeking board approval for major decisions.

Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
Flexibility to work either part-time or full-time, based on business needs.
Proven track record of successfully bringing in new business and achieving growth targets.
