Job Description
Job Title: Business Development Executive

Job Location: Kampala, Uganda
We are searching for a qualified and reliable individual with proven experience in sales who will be responsible for promoting bank’s products and services to new and existing customers, explaining the features and benefits of various bank products to potential customers, maintaining regular contacts with customers for customer satisfaction and collecting feedback.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Being knowledgeable about the bank’s products and services, such as deposits and loans.
Developing market sales and penetration strategies
Advising customers on the best products and services for their financial situation and needs
Promoting the bank’s products and services to prospective and existing customers
Achieving sales targets and working as part of a team
Following the bank’s internal guidelines and procedures including KYC requirements
Maintaining sales reports, including daily activity reports and calls made

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
A bachelor’s degree
Prior experience in sales or banking
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to meet sales targets
Knowledge of banking products and services is an added advantage
