Job Description
The Brand Manager, Youth Brands, will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive strategies to position Next Media’s youth content brands as the leading destinations for young audiences. The role involves working closely with content teams to create engaging marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, video, and influencer marketing.
Key responsibilities include:
Brand Strategy: Develop and implement brand strategies to ensure the youth content brands stand out and appeal to young audiences.
Content Marketing: Collaborate with content teams to create and promote content, including social media, videos, and influencer partnerships.
Youth Insights: Stay updated on youth trends and cultural shifts to inform content development and branding strategies.
Marketing Campaigns: Plan, execute, and measure marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility across multiple channels.
Brand Identity: Ensure the brand identity is consistently maintained, including visual elements, tone of voice, and overall aesthetic.
Budgeting and Resource Management: Oversee budgets and resources to optimize brand management efforts.
Stakeholder Management: Build and manage relationships with content creators, influencers, and key partners.
Brand Performance Analysis: Utilize data and analytics to monitor brand performance and refine strategies.
Collaboration: Work with various departments to ensure cohesive and effective brand messaging across Next Media’s platforms.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and implement brand strategies for youth-focused content.
Collaborate with the content team to design engaging and relevant content.
Keep up with trends in youth culture and incorporate insights into branding efforts.
Plan and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Ensure consistency in brand identity across all platforms.
Manage budgets and resources for effective brand management.
Build relationships with key stakeholders, including influencers and content creators.
Analyze brand performance and adjust strategies for optimal results.
Work cross-functionally with departments like programming, content, and commercial teams to deliver unified brand messaging.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related field, particularly focusing on youth culture and content.
Proven ability in developing brand strategies and executing marketing campaigns.
Strong knowledge of youth culture, trends, and insights.
Familiarity with the media industry, including broadcasting and digital content creation.
Creative thinking and ability to innovate in brand strategies.
Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
Ability to analyze data and make decisions to improve brand performance.
A passion for youth culture and content, and deep understanding of the latest trends.
