To oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring that all policies and procedures are followed and that customer satisfaction is maintained.

To manage the branch staff, including hiring, training, coaching, motivating, and evaluating their performance.
To monitor and analyze the branch financial performance, including sales, expenses, budget, and profitability.
To develop and implement strategies to increase the branch market share, customer base, and revenue growth.
To ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements, as well as the company's ethical standards and values.
To foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork, communication, and innovation among the branch staff.
