Job Description
Job Title: Branch Manager
Organisation: Mogo Uganda
Duty Station: Kampala, Uganda
Reports to: Boda Sales Manager
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Overseeing the day-to-day operations and achieving the branch’s monthly loan issuance targets in alignment with branch staff.
Lead, monitor and maintain healthy work environment with branch staff to achieve the branch and Company objectives.
Ensure high productivity of all channels by engaging – walk in, field sales officers’ enquiries, Agents enquiries, Boda -Boda Association enquiries.
Manage and reconcile the stocks on a daily basis and maintain the office infrastructure efficiently and follow the security protocols in the best interest of the company.
Keep and maintain harmony at the branch by ensuring that all conflicts and grievances are duly attended to.
Ensure and enforce compliance with the company’s set policies and procedures and as occasionally communicated with branch.
Initiate and implement creative ideas that will help the branch to achieve its sales targets, implement best practices for flawless branch operations.
Manage business partnership with all stakeholders that relate with the branch.
Maintain a good customer relationship experience regime at the branch that should keep both internal and external customers well served and happy.
Support in ensuring appropriate communication with different departments whenever needed for smooth operations.
Ensure that the branch is tidy, stock is clean and well positioned.
Follow and maintain the core values of company- Integrity, teamwork, customer care and transparency.
Any other duties that may be assigned.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
At least 2 years of experience in a management role and handling branch (Preferably from Boda industry)
Proficiency in customer relationship, inventory management and good processes
Ability to manage a team, delegate tasks, and ensure smooth operations at Branch
Strong communication and organizational skills and computer skills
