The Athena Hotel is on the lookout for proactive and service-driven individuals to join our team as Doorman and Bellboy. Are you someone who enjoys making a difference in people’s day? From assisting guests with their luggage to ensuring they feel at home, you’ll play a key role in creating exceptional guest experiences.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Assist guests with luggage and other belongings
Escort guests to their rooms
Provide information about hotel services and facilities
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues
Maintain lobby area cleanliness and organization
Assist with room deliveries and errands
Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure excellent guest service
