Job Description
The B2B Sales Representative will develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed assigned sales targets within a designated territory. The role involves identifying and acquiring new customers, conducting product presentations and demonstrations, maintaining strong client relationships, gathering market intelligence, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The representative is also expected to uphold professionalism and integrity while continuously seeking personal and professional development.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and execute a sales plan to achieve sales targets.
Identify and prospect potential customers through various methods.
Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings with potential and existing customers.
Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions.
Maintain strong relationships through regular communication.
Communicate product updates and relevant information clearly to customers.
Collaborate with marketing and customer service teams.
Gather and share market intelligence and customer feedback.
Maintain accurate sales records using CRM tools.
Prepare and submit timely sales reports and forecasts.
Participate in sales meetings, conferences, and trade shows.
Continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards.
Assist in resolving customer issues and improving satisfaction.
Conduct market research and assist in strategy development.
Perform any additional duties assigned by management.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred.
2 to 3 years of relevant sales experience.
Knowledge of market trends related to eco-friendly products/services is an advantage.
Valid driver’s license.
Proven track record in customer-facing sales roles.
Proficient with CRM systems and sales analytics software.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently or in a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Professionalism, integrity, and customer service orientation.
