Supporting the procurement process by drafting and issuing purchase orders, requests for quotations, and tender documents.
Duties and Responsibilities
Assisting in the preparation of procurement plans, ensuring that they align with the university's budget and operational needs.

Evaluating supplier bids and proposals in collaboration with the procurement team to ensure the best value for money.
Maintaining accurate records of all procurement activities, including contracts, purchase orders, and supplier correspondence.

Qualifications and Competencies
Applicants For The Position Of Assistant Lecturer Should Not Exceed 40 Years Of Age At The Time Of
Application And Should Have A Cgpa Of 4.0 And Above.
Applicants For All Other Positions Should Not Exceed 55 Years Of Age At The Time Of Application
Academic Qualifications Should Be From Recognized Academic Institutions.
