Overall Role
The successful candidate will work as part of our TAS team to deliver high-quality engagements and supports clients through complex transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, valuations and strategic investments.
Participate in the preparation and presentation of proposals to prospective clients, showcasing our expertise and capabilities in transaction advisory services.
Lead the planning, execution, and completion of engagements.
Performs detailed financial analysis, including financial modelling, valuation, and forecasting, to support clients' transaction decision-making processes.

Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
A master's degree or professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, CFA, or CMA is preferred.
A minimum of 4-6 years of relevant experience in transaction advisory, investment banking, corporate finance, or related fields.
Proficiency in financial analysis, financial modelling, and valuation techniques.
